Problem
How do you design the stages of a forest fire without glamorizing disaster? In collaboration with my fellow design team members, Johncharles White and Gergo Karakai, we worked with a group of 4 chefs to help them tell a story through multiple plated courses.
Goals
Create a personalized experience through each stage, dry forest, sparks, burning, and regrowth.
Display sustainability and nature through wooden materials and gritty typography.
Solution
Throughout my work with my team and the chefs, I was tasked with general typography, layout, and menu design. As a team, we produced multiple menus, invitations, and comment cards.
